Not every transmission arrives in a form we immediately recognise. Some come fragmented — pieces of a language whose grammar we haven't yet learned, symbols that feel complete in themselves even when their relationship to each other remains mysterious. The incompleteness is not a failure. It is the nature of receiving something from a consciousness operating at a frequency beyond what we can currently decode in full.
Black Geometry 3 is that kind of reception.
Three forms emerge from a deep black ground — a semi-circle, a textured square, an elongated oval — not arranged symmetrically, not obviously connected, yet holding a relationship that the eye recognises before the mind can explain it. Cream and light tones surface from the darkness, not as decoration but as emergence, as if these forms are becoming visible from somewhere rather than being placed. The asymmetry is not restlessness. It is honesty — the form the transmission took, held exactly as it arrived.
The surface is where this painting fully speaks. Built with acrylic, gesso, sodium bicarbonate and medium gel on wood panel, the textures carry distinct qualities for each form — the reflective fluidity of the oval and semi-circle against the raw, geological roughness of the square. Three different surfaces. Three different frequencies. One composition that somehow holds them in a tension that feels necessary rather than accidental.
Some signals are not yet fully legible. That does not make them less real.
