"Living Codes I — Drift"

Living Codes I — Drift is the first painting in a series built on dissolution.

A sinuous form winds through an acid green field — part river, part signal path, part living thing mid-transit. It doesn't sit on the surface. It emerges from it, built from layers of liquid acrylic that pool and bleed and let the ground show through. The patterned medallions embedded along its length — dots, grids, diagonals — read as nodes in a system that is moving too fast to be fully seen.

Nothing here fully asserts itself. That is the point. The form merges with the field, the figure with the ground, the coded with the organic. Presence suggested rather than declared.

This is painting as frequency: something transmitting just below the threshold of resolution. 30 x 40 x 1.5 cm. One of a kind
