The Unseen Matrix
THE UNSEEN MATRIX
Most of what shapes your life is invisible. The patterns you inherited without choosing them. The frequencies you move through without noticing. The systems — biological, social, energetic — that structure everything while remaining below the threshold of conscious awareness.
The Unseen Matrix makes that hidden architecture visible.
Green diamonds pulse across the surface like active signals in a network that never fully sleeps. Curved paths loop and redirect, carrying something — a message, an instruction, an impulse — through the composition without ever quite resolving into a single direction. Vertical red lines cut through everything like structural beams or transmissions that arrived mid-sentence. Underneath it all, waves of colour and layered texture suggest a field that exists independent of what happens on top of it — always present, partially visible, running its own logic beneath the noise.
Built with acrylic, gesso, ink and glazing on birchwood panel, the surface holds the tension between calculation and rawness that defines the work. This is a painting that rewards sustained looking — the longer you stay with it, the more the underlying structure reveals itself, the way patterns always do once you know how to look for them.
Both map and mystery. Both signal and static. Neither resolving into the other.
